I've begun to add a select few photographs to my portfolio from my photographic series of my recent trip to Cuba. It was a very interesting journey filled with unique people; some of whom I was able to photograph.

The Photo Art awards night was Thursday night and I was honoured with 1st place in the Creative Digital category for the 'Kisses' image and 3rd place in People, Creatures, & Critters (Black & White) for the image 'Those Were The Best Times'. Six of my prints will be displayed in the Halton Hills cultural centre for the next month.

Today I launched the new design of the web site which makes the portfolio section easier to navigate. I figured it was time for a little change.

I've added a cover from a recently published book that I shot to the portfolio section. The book is called Halton Hikes by Garry Hutton and is available for purchase from bookstores and on the Chapters website (Chapters.ca) with a foreword by Robert Bateman.
I shot the cover, the photograph of the author and several other photos featured in the book.
Here's an excerpt from the blurb:
